Chadrel Rinpoche, former Abbot of Tashilhunpo Monastery, sentenced to a maximum security cell for sending information on the 5 year old Panchen Lama to the Dalai Lama. Tanak Jigme Sangpo, 70-year old Tibetan currently serving a 28-year sentence for peacefully expressing his opinions in Tibet. Gedhun Choekyi Nyima, World's Youngest Prisoner, the 8-year old boy named by the Dalai Lama as the 11th Panchen Lama, who remains under house arrest according to the Chinese government, but whose whereabouts are unknown.
